Multi-user Hermes Agents
for Organizations

One front door, one dedicated Hermes-powered agent per employee, shared organizational knowledge, and admin-grade control — all plugged into the systems you already run.

From chat message to real work

Employees talk to their agent in the channel they already use. The gateway routes each conversation to that person's own agent container — isolated, personal, always learning.

AI agents collaborating across the departments of an organization
Built multi-user from day one
Per-user isolation, org-wide knowledge, RBAC and observability — the platform underneath every agent, not an afterthought.

Personal, not pooled

Each employee's agent keeps its own skills and memory, adapting to their scope, style and standards.

Shared org brain

Documents, data and SOPs live in one knowledge layer every agent can draw on — with permissions enforced.

Governed by design

Admin console, role-based access, guardrails and full observability over every tool call an agent makes.
AI Engines

Plug-and-play expertise
for every department

An AI Engine is a ready-made module for one business domain — snap it into Valgist, tailor it with your experts, and the agents go to work.

Inside every engine Automation workflows Connectors Skills Agent profiles

Sales

Pipeline follow-ups, quotes and CRM hygiene — handled before you ask.

Marketing

Campaigns drafted, scheduled and reported end-to-end.

Finance

Closes, reconciliations and spend reports without the month-end grind.

Smart Factory

Production data, downtime alerts and shift reports — live from the floor.

Operations

SOPs executed, exceptions escalated, status always current.

Supply Chain

Suppliers, POs and inventory tracked — and chased — around the clock.

People

Onboarding, leave and policy questions answered instantly.

Your domain

Build a custom engine from your experts' own playbooks.

Benefits

AI built in — not bolted on

Disconnected chatbots, one-team copilots and pilot #7 never compound. An AI operating system does.

UI is optional

Conversation is the interface — no screens to learn, no training rollouts. If you can chat, you can work with Valgist.

Agile automation

New workflows in days, not months — and you modify them just by asking. No change request queue.

Learning loops

Agents adapt to each employee's scope, style and standards — driven by your experts, amplified by AI.

Always on

24/7 agents keep working through the night — while your experts stay in command of every decision.

Plugs in

Integrates with the systems you already run — ERP, CRM, data and docs — through MCP and APIs.

Fraction of the cost

A platform you configure beats software you commission — a fraction of the cost of custom builds.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What an AI operating system is, how it differs from a chatbot, and what it takes to run one in your organization.

What is Valgist?
Valgist is an AI operating system for organizations. Instead of a single shared chatbot, every employee gets their own AI agent — with its own skills, memory and access to your organization's knowledge — reachable from the chat apps they already use. Underneath sits one gateway, a shared knowledge layer, connectors into your existing systems, and an admin console for roles and guardrails.
How is an AI operating system different from a chatbot or a copilot?
A chatbot answers questions and a copilot assists inside one application. An AI operating system is the layer every department runs on: shared knowledge, shared connectors, shared governance, and a personal agent per employee that can actually execute work across systems. Disconnected chatbots and single-team copilots do not compound; a common platform does.
Which chat apps and channels does Valgist work with?
Lark, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and a built-in web chat today, all through one gateway. Because routing happens in the gateway rather than in each agent, adding another channel does not change how the agents are built.
What is an AI Engine?
An AI Engine is a ready-made module for one business domain — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Smart Factory, Operations, Supply Chain or People. Each engine ships with automation workflows, connectors, skills and agent profiles. You snap it into Valgist, tailor it with your own experts, and the agents go to work. You can also build a custom engine from your team's own playbooks.
Is Valgist open source?
Yes — Valgist runs an open-core model. The Community edition includes the full gateway, agent runtime and admin console, is free forever and is self-hosted on your own infrastructure. The paid Personalized and Enterprise editions add process workshops, custom agents and connectors, organizational scale and enterprise-grade security and governance.
Can Valgist connect to our ERP, CRM and internal documents?
Yes. Valgist connects to the systems you already run through MCP servers and standard APIs — ERP, CRM, data warehouses, ticketing and document stores. Documents, data and SOPs live in one shared knowledge layer that every agent can draw on, with your existing permissions enforced.
How is data kept secure and governed?
Valgist is multi-user by design rather than by retrofit. Each employee's agent runs in its own isolated container, access is role-based, guardrails constrain what agents may do, and every tool call an agent makes is observable from the admin console. The Community edition can run entirely on your own infrastructure so no data leaves your environment.
How long does a Valgist rollout take?
The Community core can be self-hosted immediately. For Personalized and Enterprise rollouts, work starts with process deep-dive workshops rather than technology, and new workflows typically go live in days rather than months — after that, your team modifies them by asking, with no change-request queue.
